Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Minimums: Currently no opening or reorder minimums on our website.
Ordering: All orders are placed on our website www.blossomocc.com or with our Reps at Markets/Shows. Due to order volume, we can not guarantee combining multiple orders when placed separately. If you have made a mistake on an order, please contact us immediately for assistance with any changes at 256-481-8838.
Shipping: Shipping charges are based off of total weight of order. We offer USPS & UPS shipping options. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Account Status: To order from Blossom, you will need to have a current Resale Certificate on file from your state and have a copy submitted to us for approval. If an account is not active “ordering” within 12 months, the account will become inactive. You will have to resubmit a Resale Certificate for approval. We service both online stores and brick & mortar.
Turn Around Time: Please allow 1-2 business days (M-F) for in stock items to ship. Pre-Order shipping time frame will be posted with each collection. Occasionally unexpected shipping delays from our manufacture or customs have occurred. We do everything we can to prevent this from happening. If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately through email.
Incorrect/Shortage of Items: Please contact us at sales@blossomocc.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Defective Items: Please notify us within 10 days of any defects. We are happy to issue a replacement item or store credit (Replacement or store credits are granted after receiving photos of defects). Submit defect photos for approval to sales@blossomocc.com
Pricing: All current season items must be sold at least double wholesale cost. If adding personalization, I suggest an up charge for your service.
Pre-Orders: All Pre-Orders are final sale. We purchase enough inventory based off of what is needed, we will not cancel or refund for Pre-Orders.
