Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Minimums: Currently we do not have any opening or reorder minimums. 

Ordering: All orders are placed on the website. Due to order volume, we can not combine multiple orders placed. If you have made a mistake on an order, please contact us immediately for changes.

Shipping: Shipping charges are based off of weight of order. We offer USPS & UPS shipping options. All order are paid in full prior to shipping. 

Account Status: To order from Blossom Blanks, you will need to have a current Resale Certificate on file from your state and have a copy submitted to us for approval. If an account is not active in 12 months, the account will become inactive and have to resubmit a resale certificate for approval. We service both online stores and brick & mortar. 

Turn Around Time: Please allow 1-2 days for in stock items to ship. Pre-Order shipping time frame will be posted with collection. Occasionally shipping delays from our manufacture or customs have occurred. We do everything we can to prevent this from happening. If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately. 

Incorrect/Shortage of Items: Please contact us at sales@blossomblanks.com within 4 days of receiving your order. 
Defective Items: Please notify us within 10 days of any defects. We are happy to issue a replacement items or a store credit. 

Pricing: All current season items must be sold at al least double wholesale cost. If adding personalization, a up charge for your service is suggested.
